Alejandro San Miguel is a partner and seasoned immigration attorney at Valdez, Monarrez & San Miguel, Law Group, where he represents clients before USCIS and EOIR with compassion, precision, and over a decade of experience. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has become a trusted advocate for individuals and families navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.


Alejandro earned his undergraduate degree in Finance, graduating cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico, and received his Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Faculty of Law, in 2009. He began his legal career in private practice in Puerto Rico in 2010 before moving to Texas and becoming a critical member of the VAMOS Law team.



Licensed to practice law in both Puerto Rico and Texas, Alejandro is also a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
